Ordering

An order is placed when you send us your bag over WhatsApp and we confirm it. Until we confirm, nothing is reserved. We confirm availability before we take an order, because stock on this site is not counted live.

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include tax where it applies. We may change a price at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.

Paying

Cash on delivery is the normal way to pay. We also take Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and card. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives, unless you have already paid another way.

What you receive

Every photograph on this site is of the actual piece, not a render and not a stock image. Colour can look different on different screens, and a small difference between the photo and the garment is not a fault.

Measurements in the size chart are of the garment, laid flat, and are accurate to about half an inch.

Exchanges

You have 15 days from delivery to exchange a piece for a different size or a different piece. It has to be unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags on.

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If the piece is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we will put it right at our cost.

Pakistan only, for now.
