Shipping and returns

Dispatch

We stitch and dispatch within 7 days of confirming your order. Courier delivery takes a further 1 to 3 days, anywhere in Pakistan.

If something is going to take longer than 7 days, we tell you before you pay, not after.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on orders over Rs 4,000. Below that we charge the courier rate, and we tell you what it is before you confirm.

Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. You may open the parcel and check the piece before paying.

Exchanges

Fifteen days from delivery, for a different size or a different piece. Unworn, unwashed, tags still on.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange collection. If the exchange is because we made a mistake, we pay the courier both ways.

Something wrong with your order

Tell us within 15 days and send a photo. We will replace it or exchange it. Message us on WhatsApp at 0334 934 5845, or call the same number between 10am and 10pm.
