What we collect

When you order, you send us your name, your address, your phone number and what you want to buy. You send these to us over WhatsApp, in a message you write and can read before you send it. We do not collect them through this website.

If you join the first look list, we keep the email address you give us and nothing else.

The bag on this site is stored in your own browser, on your own device. It never reaches us until you choose to send it as a WhatsApp message.

What we do with it

We use your address and phone number to send you your order and to talk to you about it. We use your email, if you gave us one, to tell you about new pieces and restocks.

We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anyone except the courier who has to deliver your parcel.

Photos you send us

If you send us a photo for the Real Fits section, we will ask before we publish it, and we will publish only your first name and your size unless you tell us otherwise. Ask us to take it down at any time and we will.

Cookies and tracking

We use analytics to count visits and see which pieces get looked at. It tells us how many people came and where they stopped, not who they are. It sets a cookie in your browser to avoid counting one person twice.

It runs on every page of this site. If you would rather not be counted, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics will block it here, and nothing on the site stops working.

This site sets no other advertising cookies. It stores your bag in your browser so it survives a reload. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file.

Getting your data removed

Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you, apart from records of orders we are legally required to keep. Message us on WhatsApp at 0334 934 5845, or call the same number between 10am and 10pm.
